Located in the gated RV community of Mount Olive Shores in Polk City, this home sits in a beautiful lake-surrounded setting. As part of a larger home upgrade, the homeowners wanted to replace their traditional patio screen room enclosure with something more modern, flexible, and visually open. Patio Lane Outdoor Living installed a series of four separate motorized screens, each operating independently to give the space greater versatility. When fully open, the patio feels more spacious and connected to the outdoors. When needed, the screens can be lowered to help keep bugs out, creating a more comfortable and functional outdoor living area year-round.
