Located in Historic Old Northeast in St. Petersburg, Florida, this home included a separate mother-in-law suite that the client wanted to connect to the main residence. The solution needed to be structurally sound, waterproof, and visually consistent with the home’s character. Patio Lane Outdoor Living installed a Moderno Renaissance patio cover, which is an all-extruded aluminum patio cover with custom integrated gutters to create a durable, weather-tight connection between the two dwellings.
