A Nature-Filled Porch Swing Bed For Grandparent Time

For this project, the client wanted to make better use of a small sitting area on their screened-in porch overlooking the golf course. It was a peaceful outdoor space surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot to spend time with their grandchildren and point out birds, trees, and everything happening outside. Instead of choosing a traditional patio set, they wanted something more comfortable and versatile. Their goal was to create a space where they could sit, gently rock, and relax with the baby — and still have room to stretch out or nap if the little one fell asleep. The solution was an all-weather aluminum swing bed, designed for both sitting and lying down. Its durable outdoor construction makes it ideal for a screened porch, while the gentle rocking motion adds comfort and charm. The result is a cozy, functional space made for quiet moments, family time, and enjoying the natural beauty of the golf course view.
