Motorized Retractable Awning For Window Shade and Poolside Comfort

For this project, the customer wanted a shade solution that would improve comfort both inside and outside the home. We installed a motorized retractable awning over a three-panel set of windows to help reduce heat and glare coming through the glass while also creating a covered sitting area overlooking the pool. This retractable awning added valuable protection from the sun without permanently blocking the view or natural light. When extended, it helps keep the interior cooler and more comfortable, while also providing a shaded outdoor space for relaxing by the pool. The awning was equipped with a wind sensor for added protection and convenience. The feature that impressed the client most was the adjustable tilt function, which allows the awning to provide fuller shade coverage as the sun moves overhead. The result is a smart, flexible shading solution that enhances both indoor comfort and outdoor living.
